Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed with Face Not Found.
Order processing time
Orders are processed and handed off to the shipping carrier within 5–7 business days of purchase. Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order and shipping address, and will be shown before you complete your purchase. Delivery time estimates are provided by the carrier at checkout and begin once your order has shipped — they are estimates only and are not guaranteed. As stated in our Terms of Service, we are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, or other events outside our control.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only. We're working on adding international shipping in the future — if that matters to you, feel free to reach out at help@facenotfound.com and we'll let you know when it becomes available.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If you haven't received tracking within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us at help@facenotfound.com.
Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at help@facenotfound.com if a package arrives damaged, or if tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it. As noted in our Terms of Service, title and risk of loss pass to you once the carrier takes possession of the package, but we're happy to help you work with the carrier to resolve an issue.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error — we'll do what we can if the order hasn't shipped yet.
